What is Plantar Fasciitis ?
Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation of the thick tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes at the bottom of the foot.
Usually, this condition occurs due to prolonged running, jumping or even standing. It can be cured by resting that area, taking mild pain-killing medication and physiotherapy. However, there may be cases where the condition was ignored or even the medication didn’t work. In such a situation, it is best to consult a doctor and seek more advanced treatment.

- Dull and burning pain at the bottom of the heel or mid-foot area.
- Difficulty in climbing stairs.
